Spent an awesome time with my 2 kids and hubby yesterday flying kites in Erindale Park (Dundas and Mississauga Road) in Mississauga. No hydro wires in site and the warm breeze made me feel that spring was here at last! We had 3 kites and saw that others around us also were enjoying the kite flying weather. (If you are new to kiting or have kids, I suggest going to the dollar store to get a trial kite. Ensure that it has a tail and you’ll have a great time.)

There were hundreds of cars in the parking lot and quite a few people were enjoying the nature trails, having picnics, fishing and having parties. Its a great area and I highly recommend taking your family to explore the many amenities available in the park!
